Katie is a Las Vegas-based costume designer and technician who has worked in professional and academic theatre for the past 13 years.

She began her theatrical education at Morehead State University in 2012, working on her first show, Les Liaisons dangereuses. She has since worked on over seventy productions across the US and at sea. In 2017, she served as an apprentice costumer at the Santa Fe Opera, stitching and dressing for their five-show season, and designed costumes for their apprentice showcase. While earning her Masters of Fine Arts in Costume Design at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas she designed costumes for Stagedoor Manor and Cortland Repertory Theater, and served as a wardrobe technician at V Theater Group’s Vegas! the Show and Zombie Burlesque. After graduating with her MFA in May 2020, she served as the wardrobe lead aboard the Celebrity Silhouette and the Celebrity Reflection. Katie returned to Vegas in 2021 to dress Cirque du Soleil’s Beatles LOVE and the Jabbawockeez.
